Jack B. Wilkens, MBA
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Jack has over 35 years of executive management experience. He is the former Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Consumer Diagnostics for Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc., (IMI) Waltham, Massachusetts. IMI is the leading point of care rapid diagnostic company worldwide with sales over $400 million and is the world's leading company in women's health diagnostics. Prior to the COO role, Jack was the Managing Director of Unipath, a wholly owned subsidiary of IMI, Inc. located in Bedford, England. During this period he led the expansion of sales in Women's Health diagnostics from $100 to $170 MM/year and led the launch of the IMI's digital pregnancy test the world's first consumer digital diagnostic test. From 2001 until 2003 he was Managing Director of IMI's and Johnson & Johnson's diabetes operations in Inverness, Scotland and responsible for IMI's European sales. The Scotland operation developed, manufactured and launched the world's leading blood glucose monitor. Sales expanded from zero to over 3 billion test strips sold today. Jack was VP of Medical Imaging Systems with Sterling Diagnostics/AGFA a $275 million per year business including the launch of three digital printing platforms. He also worked for Polaroid Corporation for many years in digital medical imaging, manufacturing, product development and marketing. He was responsible for the design, building and operation of Polaroid's digital imaging facilities, a $175 million investment and was involved in the conception, development and marketing of many instant imaging business systems. Jack has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from Western New England College.

Mead McCabe, Sr., Ph.D.
Founder, Chief Scientific Officer and Director
Mead received a B.S. in Zoology from Pennsylvania State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Miami. His research interests, developed during 27 years on the faculty of the University of Miami School of Medicine, center on molecular biology and molecular mechanisms of microbial diseases. He was Chairman and Chief Scientific Officer of Genetic Vectors, Inc., a genomics company located in Miami, Florida. Mead also served as a consultant on numerous occasions for the U.S. National Institutes of Health, including four years as a member of the Oral Biology and Medicine Study Section. He holds over 20 patents.

Mead M. McCabe, Jr., MBA
President, Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mead has over 15 years experience in finance, start-up and technology oriented companies and is a management consultant in finance, business development and capital formation. In 1993 he joined Genetic Vectors and became CEO and CFO of the company which was a genomics company in Miami, Florida. He authored the company's strategic business plans, developing the strategy to spin the company out from its parent company through an IPO. In addition, he served as a founding board of directors member of BioFlorida and is a current member of the state's biotechnology trade organization. Prior to Genetic Vectors, Mr. McCabe was with Merrill Lynch as a financial consultant. He has a dual MBA in International Business and Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

Robert W. Harrington
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining GeneEx, Mr. Harrington was President & CEO of Amerimed Corporation, Darton Group, Vernitron Medical Products and Ultra Care Products. Prior to these opportunities, he has had numerous operations, marketing, product management and sales positions within the Dental, Medical and Electronic industries. Mr. Harrington is a graduate of the University of Maryland.
